Holistic Movement – Heals Cancer

This just proves the point that we dont need pills. We dont need to pay some doctor thousands and thousands of dollars to give as a remedy – When we can learn how to give ourselves a CURE.

We do have the POWER to heal ourselves. Theres honestly too many miraculous stories to count of just Yoga literally transforming peoples lives.

Physically and mentally.

I believe one huge reason that this isn’t as main stream as it should be, is simple. Its not as if hospitals and governments dont know this.

Its the fact that it doesn’t make money. Not anywhere CLOSE to the pharmaceutical industry. Its a multi-billion industry and the government would lose 100’s of millions if they promoted essentially FREE holistic treatments.

Now dont get me wrong. I’m not saying doctors are bad, or that you should never take an advil when you have a headache.

What I’m saying is that the focus is way to OFF-BALANCE.
The social norm – go to the doctor VS holistic treatments – like yoga.

I honestly believe the world would be completely different place if we changed our focus. Just IMAGINE If more people did yoga then went to the drug store… We would be drastically transformed mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I talked the other day about what being present means and why it is important. I’m going to reveal to you some strategies from becoming more aware in a day to day basis.

The main purpose in all these techniques is to break from your subconscious patterns throughout the day. The goal is not to get rid of all your subconscious patterns (which is impossible lol) but to become conscious of your actions and thoughts – to create the subconscious patterns you desire.

The reason being is the subconscious part of your brain is an extremely powerful tool.

But if you dont become aware of your thoughts, there is no way to break from limiting patterns of thought and to create empowering ones in your subconscious.

The other main reason is to see the true value and beauty of everything around you. This is simply because – How can you experience something when your conscious mind is not “in that moment” and is lost in thought?

Its an easy way to bring more enjoyment into your life!

So, down to business!

The first way is to “re-experience” common tasks

For any task that you do repeatedly – “experience it like you’ve never done it before.” This will activate your conscious mind by looking for details that you’ve never seen before.

An example of this is when your driving to work, notice and look for specific objects around you. You’ll quickly be shocked at how many things that you “haven’t seen before”!

Your eyes saw them, but your mind did not because you were operating from your subconscious mind.

The second way to be more present is by meditation.

More specifically is Vipassana meditations. It makes you focus and “anchor” your attention on certain things like your breath to force yourself to be present.

It teaches you not to “stop thinking” or to clear your head of thoughts, but to recognize when you are thinking and to stay present. Because you CAN be present while thinking and visualizing but most of us “lose ourself” in the story line – which is what we want to avoid.

Here’s a really great Vipassana meditation that you can use.
This is a wonderful start to becoming more present and to bring more joy into your life!

The Key to Higher Consciousness

A higher consciousness or awareness is what I believe to be the key to fulfillment and to being able to manifest and create things in your world on a much larger scale.

What Is Consciousness?

First, before I share my insight on how to actually do this, we need to understand what consciousness actually is. What it is, is the act of interpreting your environment through through a certain “filter” of understanding.

But you must understand that It is not simply white or black. It is not that you are conscious or unconscious, because in actuality there are MANY levels on consciousness. Though there are many levels, most of us only see things on a very low level thus are spiritual awareness and fulfilment are very low…

A way to explain this difference in levels of consciousness is like if all of us were born with a mask over our face. This mask represents a lack of understanding. As we grow older and learn more we poke small holes through this mask to see things more clearly.

We have our “guesses” for what things might be like, just as a child thinks that stars might be light bulbs that are turned on and off, as do we have our own interpretations of our world around us.

How to Deepen Our Understanding

The catalyst for these understandings and realizations is questions. The act of questioning is what sparks thoughts and ideas which then lead to answers which further more leads to a higher understanding.

We questioned EVERYTHING when we were children with the resounding “why”..why is the sky blue…why do dogs bark…which probably seemed never ending lol. But the problem is that once we become adults a lot of us STOP QUESTIONING our world…


Which leaves only a few holes in our mask to see out of, missing out on an incredibly large amount of understanding.

Its these questions, and wonders which start to peal away the mask to see that the world is not merely rocks and dirt, and we are not just some animalistic creatures…

But that we are in fact spiritual beings having a physical experience, living in a world projected from our imaginings. And that when you fully embrace that, and open your eyes, you can begin your spiritual journey to a higher consciousness…

Pure Bliss at 2 am.

I had some doubts in mind about when I was going to be leaving, how it was going to work with getting my plane ticket and leaving my job…

But I said screw it. I made a decision right then to put myself on the line..

I bought the ticket.

Cause I started thinking about being in Thailand..
Quitting my job and stop working 80 hours a week, to living on a beach…

I hit bliss.


It become SO REAL in mind that it was like I was already there 🙂 It was incredible!

I could honestly feel my toes sinking into the hot, the warm sun on my face, and the cool breeze coming off the ocean..

Because I just KNEW with 100% certainty that I was going, no matter. That there is nothing stopping me!

Sometimes you just have to commit to something, and put your self on the line where there is no turning back to have the certainty that something is happening.

And once you have that certainty, you start kickin your ass in gear 🙂

One Simple Way to Be Happy

This is one thing that has helped me a lot to change my perspective in seemingly negative situations, to see them completely differently 🙂

We actually just started a “gratitude box” at home, where we right down things were grateful for, put them in the box and then read them next New Years!

So excited that my family is starting to change their mindset to being more positive! 😛
